Tae Kwon Do

Co-ed classes emphasize self-control, self-defense, discipline and coordination. Tae Kwon Do promotes courtesy, integrity, perseverance and indomitable spirit. New students welcome!

Classes are offered Monday, Tuesday and Thursday evenings.
