Tae Kwon Do

Ages 5 - Adult
Co-ed classes emphasize self-control, self-defense, discipline and coordination. Tae Kwon Do promotes courtesy, integrity, perseverance and indomitable spirit. Classes are offered Monday, Tuesday & Thursday evenings.  New students welcome!

 

YOGA for Kids

Ages 4 - 6 yrs.

Kids will learn the basic proportions and play fun yoga games!

 

Gymnastics

Ages 7 - 9 yrs.

Beginning level class centered on basic skills of floor exercise, gym apparatus, strength development and flexibility.

 

 

Swim & Gym - NEW!!

Ages 6 - 10 yrs.

In this combination class your child will experience two great programs at the YMCA - Swimming & Gymnastics.  Swim at the Catasauqua Municipal pool first then tumble at the YMCA.

 

 

Tween Fitness

Ages 11 - 13 yrs.

Designed for tweens who want to get in shape, gain self-esteem and get energized!  This fun-filled cardio, strength and flexibility program using various equipment will help you reach your fitness goals.

F.I.T. (Fitness in Training) - NEW!

Grades 5 - 8

A certified trainer will provide instruction and technique to you your pre-teen in the YMCA nautilus and cardiovascular rooms, assisting them to achieve their fitness goals!  This new program is only available to youth with YMCA Family Memberships.
